1 month package - vegetarian provides food for one person for 1 month. Our vegetarian menus are made from high quality freeze-dried ingredients. This preserves vitamins and minerals. All cans have tear-off lids and can be resealed with the accompanying plastic lids. The meals are filled in 1.2-liter cans under vacuum and nitrogen. This ensures a long-term shelf life of at least 15 years.
