Shipping
Shipping Area
We currently ship exclusively to delivery addresses within Germany. Orders placed through our German online store cannot be delivered to addresses outside Germany.
Shipping Provider
Orders are shipped with DHL.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping fee of €9.99 (including VAT) per order within Germany, regardless of the number, weight, or value of the items ordered, unless free shipping applies as described below.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders with an order value of €100 or more within Germany.
The relevant order value is the total value of the products in your order after any applicable discounts and before shipping costs.
Delivery Time
The standard delivery time within Germany is 3–5 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays applicable at our place of business.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as delays experienced by the shipping provider.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days from Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays applicable at our place of business.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive the relevant tracking information after your order has been handed over to DHL. Please note that it may take some time for tracking information to become available after shipment.
Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels
Please ensure that the delivery address provided when placing your order is complete and correct.
If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us for reasons attributable to you, for example because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided or the shipment was not collected, additional shipping costs may apply if the order is shipped again.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive within the expected delivery period, or you experience another issue with your shipment, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
Please provide your order number and, where applicable, relevant information about the shipment so that we can assist you.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
