With our new wholemeal bread, delicious rolls or loaves can be baked at the fireplace. Brush the fireproof dish with a little fat and bake the dough in it. Ingredients:

Whole wheat flour (80 %), oat grits (7 %), whole rye flour (4 %), dried sourdough (rye flour, naturally fermented), iodized salt, dry yeast, barley malt extract, malt extract (barley, rye), acidity regulator: sodium acetates, acidifier: malic acid, dextrose, flour treatment agents: calcium phosphates and ascorbic acid.

Preparation:

Pour 330 ml of lukewarm water into a suitable container, add the mix, and knead thoroughly until a dough forms. Let the dough rest for at least 20 minutes, then shape it into a loaf or rolls. Baking Temperature: Approx. 220 °C. Baking Time: Bread 40–50 minutes, rolls 15–25 minutes. The dough can also be baked in a fireproof dish placed at an appropriate distance from a fire. The fireproof dish should be lightly greased.
