Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to purchases made by consumers through our German online shop and delivered within Germany.

1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
If multiple goods ordered as part of a single order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

It is sufficient to send your notification of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
2. Returning Your Products
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
Please contact us through our Contact Us page or by email before returning your products.
Our customer service team will arrange the return process. You will need to provide a valid email address. DHL will then send the return shipping label to this email address.
Please do not send products back without following the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
3. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning products when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
If you use the DHL return label provided through our return process, €3.99 will be charged for the return shipment.
This does not apply to products that are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied where we are legally responsible for the return costs.
4. Condition of Returned Products
Please return products complete and, where reasonably possible, in the condition in which you received them, including any accessories and other components supplied with the product.
You may inspect and handle a product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.
You may be responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.
The absence of the original packaging does not in itself exclude your statutory right of withdrawal.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, where an applicable statutory exception applies.
This may include goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
For sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal may cease once the seal has been removed after delivery.
Accordingly, certain food products, consumable products or other sealed products may not be eligible for withdrawal after opening where the statutory requirements for an exception are met.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.
6. Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you in relation to the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where applicable.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice will not be refunded.
For a full withdrawal from an order for which you received free standard shipping, there are no original shipping charges to refund.
For partial returns, the original delivery costs will generally not be refunded where those costs would also have been incurred for the products you keep.
We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the products back, whichever occurs first.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
7. Partial Returns
You may exercise your right of withdrawal for individual eligible products from an order without returning the entire order.
The same conditions and deadlines described in this Return Policy apply to partial returns.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different product, size, model or version, please return the original product in accordance with this Return Policy and place a new order for the desired product.
9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible.
Our customer service team will provide further instructions regarding the return or replacement of the product.
Returns relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products are handled separately from returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods remain unaffected by this Return Policy.
Where we are legally responsible for a defect or incorrect delivery, you will not be required to bear the return shipping costs.
