Ingredients:

Sugar, highly de-oiled cocoa powder 12 %, skimmed milk powder, modified starch, dark chocolate 7 % (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, clarified butter, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin), glucose syrup, fully hydrogenated coconut fat, milk protein, thickener: sodium alginate, guar gum; stabilizer: dipotassium phosphate, coffee extract, table salt.

Preparation:

Pour cold water up to 6 cm on the scale (100 ml) directly into the bag, beat well until the mixture is stiff. More water can also be used.
